What's The T.E.A? or Should I say, What's your TEA?
When you hear that phrase, you may assume I want to gossip and be all up in your business—however, the T.E.A. I want to process your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions. In therapy, you'll learn how your thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected. Tea has been drunk for many centuries and has many benefits and healing properties. Now it is time to pour yourself a cup of mental tea; It's time to pour back into yourself and begin your healing journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. My approach utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities to help you become a better version of yourself and improve the overall quality of your life.
My Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I have treated a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. At TEA Time Therapeutic Services we put our extensive experience to help you on your road to happiness and fulfillment.
